Every successful excavation project starts with proper planning. Before work begins, engineered plans must be provided. If you don’t already have an engineer, our office can refer you to trusted Cape Cod professionals who understand local soils, permitting, and regulations.

Contact Us

Once we receive your engineered plans, one of our project managers will schedule a site visit. This allows us to walk the property, review conditions, and accurately define the scope of work for your estimate.

Contract

After reviewing your estimate, approval is required to move forward. A signed contract ensures your project is scheduled and allows us to begin preparing permit applications when necessary.

Scheduling

Once permits are secured, our office sets a projected start date. Scheduling depends on workload, machine availability, mobilization, and staffing, but we always communicate timelines clearly so you know what to expect.

What to Expect

Before the project
Every excavation job begins with a plan. Once your engineer provides site plans, Brundage Site Work prepares a detailed estimate tailored to your project. After contracts are signed and a deposit is received, our office handles the permitting process to keep your project compliant with state and local regulations. Once permits are secured, we’ll finalize scheduling, mobilize equipment, and confirm a project start date with you.
During & After the Project
Throughout the excavation process, most engineered site plans require inspections by both the town and the project engineer. Our team coordinates with all parties to ensure the work passes review the first time. After inspections are approved, Brundage Site Work completes the backfill, grading, and finishing steps necessary to stabilize your site. Once the work is complete, we leave the property clean, safe, and ready for the next phase of construction.
