Apartment Complex I/A Septic Installation

Brundage Site Work installed a large Innovative/Alternative (I/A) septic treatment system for a multi-unit apartment complex in the center of Wellfleet. The engineered design featured an AdvanTex® RainEco nitrogen reduction system, providing an advanced and environmentally responsible wastewater solution.

This project required precise coordination and excavation in a tight downtown setting — balancing performance, efficiency, and compliance with local Title V and nitrogen mitigation standards.

The completed system delivers reliable treatment capacity and long-term environmental protection, helping reduce nutrient loading in sensitive coastal areas.
