Custom Home Foundation

Brundage Site Work completed the foundation for a custom waterfront home in Chatham, designed with precise elevations to meet floodplain requirements. Every detail, from the layout to the final pour, had to align with engineered specifications to ensure compliance and long-term structural integrity.

The project included the installation of multiple cast-in-place flood vents built directly into the foundation walls, providing flood protection without compromising strength or appearance.

From excavation to final wall pour, the BSW crew completed this foundation in just four and a half days, showcasing the team’s coordination, experience, and efficiency in complex coastal construction environments.
