Brundage Site Work designed and installed a custom engineered stormwater management system to prevent flooding at this Eastham residence. Heavy rainfall and runoff had been pooling in front of the garage, creating a risk of interior flooding — an issue that’s become increasingly common with changing coastal weather patterns.

Our crew installed a 1,000-gallon leach pit surrounded by stone, connected to a trench drain and catch basin system to capture and redirect stormwater safely away from the home. The solution provides long-term protection while maintaining the property’s natural grade and curb appeal.
