Uphill I/A Septic Install and Retaining Wall

We completed a full residential Innovative/Alternative (I/A) septic treatment system installation in Wellfleet, Massachusetts. The project site presented significant challenges due to steep grades and limited access, requiring a custom design to accommodate the hillside topography.

The system included a pump chamber to move effluent uphill to the leach field, ensuring proper flow and performance. To stabilize the slope and create usable space, our team built a landscape timber retaining wall, blending functionality with a clean, finished look.

From excavation and system installation to final grading and landscaping, every phase of this project was handled in-house by the Brundage Site Work crew — delivering a complete, turn-key solution from start to finish.
