Our Concrete Services

Foundations & Slabs

A strong foundation is the backbone of any structure. We provide professional excavation, forming, and pouring for home foundations, additions, garages, and commercial slabs — ensuring your project starts on solid ground.

Retaining Walls & Footings

Our retaining walls and footings are built to stabilize soil, manage drainage, and protect your property. Designed to withstand Cape Cod’s weather conditions, our concrete solutions balance strength and visual appeal.

Core Drilling

Concrete core drilling (or concrete coring) is the process of removing a cylinder of concrete from the rest of the structure.

Concrete Cutting

Concrete cutting is the method by which engined saws make precise cuts in concrete so it can be removed and/or broken out.

Driveways, Patios, Sidewalks & Walkways

Add function and curb appeal with professionally poured concrete patios, sidewalks, and walkways. We grade, form, and finish with precision so your outdoor spaces are both attractive and long-lasting.

A Solid Process for Solid Structures

Our Concrete Project Process

Concrete is one of the most critical elements of any structure. Our step-by-step approach ensures every foundation, slab, or retaining wall is engineered, permitted, inspected, and completed with the highest standards of quality. By following this proven process, we deliver Cape Cod concrete services that are not only built to last but also fully compliant with local codes and environmental requirements.
1

Engineering

Every concrete project starts with a solid plan. Before work begins, engineered drawings must be provided. If you don’t already have an engineer, our team can connect you with trusted Cape Cod professionals who specialize in local soils, permitting, and structural design.
2

Contact Us

Once we receive your engineered plans, one of our project managers will schedule a site visit. This allows us to evaluate site conditions and determine the full scope of work so your estimate is accurate and tailored to your project’s needs.
3

Contract

After reviewing your estimate, a signed contract confirms your project with Brundage Site Work. This step allows our office to move forward with preparing and applying for any required permits.
4

Scheduling

Once permits are approved, our office will set a projected start date. Scheduling is based on our current workload, crew availability, equipment mobilization, and the complexity of your project. We communicate timelines clearly so you know exactly when to expect us on-site.
5

Project Starts

As your start date approaches, our office will stay in touch to answer questions and confirm details. Equipment may be mobilized in advance to ensure excavation, forming, and concrete pouring begin smoothly on day one.
6

Inspections

Most engineered concrete projects require inspections. Work performed by Brundage Site Work will be reviewed by your engineer, and in many cases, by town officials. This ensures your foundation, slab, or other concrete structure is built to code and meets all safety standards.
7

Work Complete

After passing all required inspections, we complete the backfill, grading, and finishing work to stabilize your site. A final invoice is issued once the contracted work is complete and the property is left safe, clean, and ready for the next phase of construction.
Durability Meets Design

What to Expect

Before the project
Every successful concrete project starts with a plan. Once an engineer provides the site plans, Brundage Site Work prepares a detailed estimate based on your project’s scope. After the contract is signed and a deposit is received, our office applies for all required permits to keep your project compliant with Cape Cod regulations. Once permits are approved, we finalize scheduling, mobilize equipment, and set a confirmed project start date.
During & After the Project
Most engineered concrete projects require inspections from both the town and your engineer. Our team coordinates with all parties to ensure work passes inspection the first time. After approval, Brundage Site Work completes the backfilling, grading, and finishing work needed to stabilize your site. When the contracted work is complete, we leave the property safe, clean, and ready for the next phase of construction.
