Our Landscape Project Process
Consultation & Site Visit
Every landscaping project begins with a conversation. Once we receive your engineered plans — or discuss your vision for the property — one of our project managers will schedule a site visit. This helps us assess soil conditions, drainage needs, and property layout so we can provide an accurate estimate.
Contract & Permits
After reviewing and approving your estimate, a signed contract secures your project. For projects that require permitting, our office handles the paperwork to ensure your landscaping work complies with Cape Cod’s local regulations.
Scheduling & Mobilization
Once permits (if needed) are in hand, we finalize scheduling and mobilize the right equipment and crew for your project. We’ll communicate timelines clearly so you know when to expect us on-site.
Project Start
Our team gets to work preparing the site — from clearing and grading to drainage improvements and material delivery. We focus on efficient, safe work practices that protect your property while setting the stage for a successful finish.
Inspections (If Required)
Some landscaping projects tied to engineered site plans may require inspections by engineers or town officials. We coordinate these reviews to ensure all work meets design and regulatory standards.
Project Completion
Once inspections are passed (if applicable), we complete the finishing touches: backfilling, grading, and cleanup. Your property is left safe, stable, and ready to enjoy — whether you’re installing lawns, gardens, patios, or driveways.
What to Expect
Every landscaping project starts with a plan. Once an engineer’s site plan is provided — or once we’ve discussed your property goals — we prepare a detailed estimate for the work. After the contract is signed and the project deposit is received, our office applies for any required permits to ensure compliance with Cape Cod regulations. When permits are approved, we confirm scheduling, mobilize equipment, and set a start date.
During the project, our crew handles all aspects of site preparation, grading, drainage, and material delivery. If the work is tied to an engineered plan, inspections may be required by the town or your engineer — and we coordinate those reviews for you. After inspections are complete, we finish the project with backfilling, grading, and cleanup, leaving your property safe, stable, and ready for landscaping, lawns, gardens, or hardscaping features.
