Our Septic Services
Title V Septic Installations & Upgrades
We install and upgrade traditional Title V septic systems for new construction and existing homes. Our crew works closely with engineers and town officials to ensure your system meets all state and local requirements.
Innovative/Alternative (I/A) Septic Systems
To protect Cape Cod’s groundwater, estuaries, and waterways, more homeowners are installing I/A systems that significantly reduce nitrogen before discharge. Brundage Site Work has experience with leading I/A technologies, providing expert installation and service.
Septic Repairs & Maintenance
From minor repairs to full component replacements, our team keeps your septic system working efficiently. We also offer routine maintenance to help extend system life and avoid costly failures.
Septic Inspections
As licensed inspectors, we provide professional Title V inspections for real estate transactions, refinancing, and compliance requirements.
Our comprehensive process includes learning the history of the system, the size of the household, and a review of the permit. The tank, distribution box, drain field bed, and the house are also inspected. The inspector compares the size of the tank and the expected water use.

Engineering
Contact Us
Once we receive your engineered plans, one of our project managers will schedule a site visit. This on-site assessment allows us to review soil conditions, property layout, and other factors that determine an accurate, detailed estimate for your septic installation or upgrade.
Contract
After you review and approve the estimate, we finalize the contract. A signed agreement allows us to move forward with permitting, ensuring your septic project is legally approved before any work begins.
Scheduling
With permits in hand, we establish a projected start date. Our scheduling depends on workload, equipment mobilization, and staffing, but our office keeps you informed so you know exactly when to expect work to begin.
Project Starts
As your start date approaches, our office will confirm details and answer any last-minute questions. Equipment may be mobilized in advance to ensure a smooth, efficient start to your septic installation.
Inspections
Most septic system projects require multiple inspections. Work completed by Brundage Site Work is reviewed by your engineer, and in many cases, town officials. These inspections confirm that your septic system installation complies with Title V regulations and local codes.
Work Complete
After all inspections are passed, our team completes the backfill, grading, and site stabilization. Once the contracted work is finished, we issue the final invoice and leave your property safe, clean, and ready for use.
What to Expect
Every septic installation begins with engineered site plans that outline the design and requirements of your system. Once these plans are provided, Brundage Site Work generates a detailed estimate tailored to your property. After contracts are signed and a project deposit is received, our office handles the permitting process to keep your project in compliance with Massachusetts Title V and local Cape Cod regulations. When permits are approved, we schedule equipment mobilization and confirm your project start date.
Most engineered septic projects require inspections by both the design engineer and the local town inspector. Our team coordinates with these parties to ensure that your septic system installation passes review the first time. Once inspections are complete, Brundage Site Work schedules the backfilling, grading, and finishing work to stabilize the site. When the contracted work is finished, your property is left safe, clean, and ready for long-term use.
