Fill out our Concrete Project Request form and we will get back to you ASAP.
From pouring the footing, forming the walls, waterproofing and installing the drainage pipes, then backfilling, we do it all.
We can dig the holes and frame the footings before pouring the concrete, and adding rebar, for your deck or home project.
Concrete core drilling (or concrete coring) is the process of removing a cylinder of concrete from the rest of the structure.
Poured concrete walls offer superior strength and durability for retaining walls. They form a seamless, waterproof barrier, reducing potential leaks and weaknesses.
Concrete cutting is the method by which engined saws make precise cuts in concrete so it can be removed and/or broken out.
BRUNDAGE CONCRETE Services
Before your concrete project begins, engineer’s plans need to be provided. If you need a referral, please call our office and someone will assist you.
Once we receive your engineers plans, a site visit will be scheduled and conducted by one of our project managers. These visits help us determine the scope of work, to be estimated appropriately and accurately.
If you are satisfied with the estimate provided by BSW, a signature for the contract and project will need to be provided before the office can move onto applying for any necessary permits
Once permits are received by the office, we can better determine a projected start date. Scheduling of work is directly related to our current work load, machine availability and mobilization, and staffing.
Once we have set and confirmed a project start date, an office member from BSW will be in contact as the project draws near for any additional information, concerns, or questions. You may hear from our office ahead of time, to mobilize machines for an easy start the day of.
Work provided by BSW will need to be inspected by the corresponding engineer who provided the plans, and in some cases, town officials.
After the necessary inspections are completed and passed, we schedule the backfill and necessary grading to complete the project. A final invoice will be sent once BSW has completed the contracted work, and left the site.
Once an engineer has provided the customer with the site plans necessary for work to be conducted, Brundage Site Work will begin the process of generating an estimate. After contracts are signed and the project deposit received, we apply for permits. Scheduling, mobilization, and project start are discussed after all permits are issued.
Most engineered site plans will require the town and the engineer to inspect the work provided by Brundage Site Work. Once inspections are completed, Brundage Site Work will schedule the back-fill and completion of the work.
Please call and speak to our office staff for help.
We work all four seasons, weather may cause a delay – we will be there!
We add projects to our schedule once permits (if necessary) are received.
