PROJECT REQUEST FORM

Complete the form on this page to the best of your ability and an office member will be in contact.

SITE VISIT

A site visit will be scheduled and conducted by a project manager. These visits help us determine the scope of work, to be estimated appropriately and accurately.

CONTRACT

If you are satisfied with the estimate provided by BSW, a signature for the contract and a project deposit will be required prior to scheduling the work.

SCHEDULING

Scheduling of work is directly related to our current work load, machine availability and mobilization, and staffing.

PROJECT START

Once we have set and confirmed a project start date, an office member from BSW will be in contact as the project draws near for any additional information, concerns, or questions. You may hear from our office ahead of time, to mobilize machines for an easy start the day of.

FINAL BILLING

A final bill will be sent at the completion of the project.

Before the project

Prior to an estimate being provided, a site visit will be conducted by a BSW project manager. At this visit, any questions or concerns can be spoken about and worked out on site so both home owner and Brundage Site Work are on the same page. An estimate will be drafted and sent to the homeowner for approval. Before all projects dig-safe does need to mark for utilities.


During/After the project

If permits are required to complete the landscape project, all permits will need to be acquired prior to Brundage Site Work starting the work. Once permits are received by the office, scheduling and mobilization are talked about next. Scheduling the work is directly related to our current work load, mobilization of machines needed, and staff. All process of the project are spoken about directly with the homeowner. Final billing is sent off once work is completed.

    We work all four seasons, weather may cause a delay – we will be there!

  • When can I get on your schedule?

    We add projects to our schedule once permits (if necessary) are received.
